About Me

I am an NYS Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker. My fascination with real estate began about 15 years ago when I started reading as much as I could about real estate. In 2003, I purchased my first rental property and have loved the potential of real estate ever since!

Over the last few years, I have come to understand that I bring to the table a few key aspects that create peace of mind for my past and future clients. I did not forget the lessons I learned in the Navy regarding tenacity, communications, and loyalty. Nor do I ignore the drive to build partnerships with my clients and business associates. I work diligently with inspectors, lawyers, mortgage officers, and other professionals to bring about the best possible experience for my clients to the closing table.

As a US Navy veteran with over 20 years of experience, I readily understand the unique needs of our local Veterans and am ready to help these Heroes become settled into the local community.

In his free time, Jim keeps a flock of free-loading chickens and enjoys exploring the Adirondacks with his wife.
